Monika graduated in 2011 and since qualifying she has been working in the NHS and private sector. She has gained a broad range of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and the treatment of sports injuries. Monika’s area of specialist interest is in the treatment of shoulder, neck, and back pain. She is trained in spinal manipulations and is an expert in soft tissue release. She is experienced in post-surgical rehabilitation of knee, hip, ankle, or shoulder replacements and knee, hip, and shoulder arthroscopies.
She brings the best out of her patients with hands-on treatment and strength and conditioning exercises. She believes in holistic treatment- to complement this she is trained in Clavitherapy.
Monika has completed her training in Acupuncture for musculoskeletal conditions. She is member of Acupuncture association of Chartered Physiotherapy (MAACP).
Monika teaches Pilates classes. As a keen Yogee herself and interested in fitness training Monika enjoys working with patients in Gym and prescribing exercise programs. She enjoys walking, swimming, hiking, snowboarding and skiing.
